A typical day with Apex Adult Day Care Services LLC includes a nutritious breakfast, served with coffee, tea or fresh juice. After breakfast, everyone will participate in interactive activities such as trivia questions and current events quizzes, as well as relaxing physical activities like gentle yoga, Tai Chi, pet therapy, walking or dance.

We also offer computer learning classes for those interested in becoming more tech savvy. Our classes include instruction on how to use Microsoft Office, shop online, send emails, and manage social media to keep in touch with loved ones via the computer or iPad.

We frequently have scheduled events like live concerts and trips to the botanical gardens, museums, entertainment venues and the beach. We also have parties for special events, birthdays and national holidays. Delicious hot lunch is served daily, with healthy snacks available throughout the day.
